We, the Azerbaijan Society of Cardiology Public Association, operate as an organization dedicated to advancing the field of cardiology by promoting new knowledge and valuing experience. Our main objective is to support healthcare professionals and workers in cardiology, acquaint them with the latest innovations, and facilitate sharing of experiences. To achieve this goal, we organize various trainings, seminars, and conferences.

We are pleased to share information with you regarding our upcoming event. In collaboration with the European Association of Preventive Cardiology (EAPC) and the Azerbaijan Society of Cardiology Public Association, we will be hosting the "EAPC Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Course" on May 4-5, 2024.

The course is aimed at cardiologists, physicians involved in primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases, primarily cardiologists, internists, therapists, as well as members of multidisciplinary teams involved in cardiac rehabilitation, including diabetologists, nutritionists, and rehabilitation specialists.

During the training process, the key points of primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases, including smoking cessation, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus, and management of such risk factors, as well as the latest guidelines and innovations in physical activity and nutrition programs in cardiac rehabilitation, will be highlighted.

Therefore, we invite you to take advantage of the opportunities provided by the course, which will feature renowned experts in cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation from Europe and other countries, as well as local specialists.
